This form is also an agreement between you as the author and the Library,
letting each other know that we each understand our rights and responsibilities
with regard to copyright.
2. Submit a complete copy of the thesis printed on 100 percent cotton (archival quality) 20 or 24 lb. paper. This paper may be purchased
from the CSUMB Bookstore. Call 831 582-5262 for availability and cost.
This copy must include:

It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that all copies are
collated, separated and clearly identified prior to bringing them

they are received. You will be required to pick up personal copies of

Can I submit an electronic copy of my thesis?

to pdf and attach it to an email to "Capstone & Thesis
Archives". Benefits are
quicker processing to the Capstone & Thesis Archive and a cleaner look.
What do I do if I have a print thesis with accompanying material?
Follow the steps above for the print part of your thesis. For accompanying
